Hiltra® Tank Shower MB 1500 (1250 liters)
The Hiltra® Tank Shower, constructed in accordance with ANSI Z 358.1 and EN 15154, offer a solution in areas where there is no water supply or too little pre-pressure. In addition, the Hiltra® Tank Shower provides pleasantly hot water for both the body shower and the (optional) eye shower. Using a heater, the water in the tank is heated to a temperature of about 25 °C.
The capacity of the tank is 1250 liters, and supplies the body shower with water for 5, 0,15 or 20 minutes. The lid is removable from the tank so you can access the water tank.
The frame is made of stainless steel and the unit is well insulated, frost protected by the heating element and therefore extremely suitable for outdoor placement.
The tank is made of glass fiber reinforced polyester (green) is standard delivered with the special shower head, push lever, lotter valves, overflow pipe and ¾" water connection (minimum pre-pressure 0,5 Bar G).
The control valve is made of PVC and with a movement of 90° it goes from fully closed to fully opened. It is operated by means of a push bar or with (optional) step-up grille.
The Hiltra® Tank Shower can be equipped with an eye shower equipped with double spray head placed n an impact resistant plastic container with a hinged lid. The lid is also the operation of the eyebath. After opening the lid the water starts flowing immediately and after closing the water flow is stopped and the eyebath is empty.
Electrical connection: voltage, neutral (0) and earth with single phase supply, 50 Hz and 230 Volts suitable for Normal or ATEX Zone. The element has an output of 1 to 3kW. Convince yourself, that the tank is filled with water before connecting the tank shower electrically.
To prevent bacterial growth the tank shower is equipped with a regenerating filter. When using a regenerating filter, with a lifespan of approximately 1 year, the water does not need to be changed, but an active substance is evenly released to counteract E-Coli and Legionella bacteria.
The Hiltra® Tank Shower is also available in Explosion proof / Atex version.
